Vietnamese cuisine encompasses the foods and beverages of Vietnam. Vietnamese food is considered one of the healthiest cuisines worldwide. Features a combination of five fundamental taste elements in the overall meal. Each Vietnamese dish has a distinctive flavor that reflects one or more of these elements, common ingredients include fish sauce, shrimps paste, soy sauce, rice, fresh herbs, and much more. Our recipes consist of lemongrass, ginger mint, Vietnamese mint, long coriander, Saigon cinnamon, birds eye, chili, lime, and basil leaves. Traditional Vietnamese cooking is admired for its fresh and flavorful ingredients. We use minimal use of oil and reliance on herbs and vegetables. With the combination of fresh herbs, meats, and a variety of spices to create a great balance in fine taste.
